Eugene McCollum was a serial killer who had victims in both Massachusetts and Florida. More than a quarter of a century later, one of his victims who was unidentified finally was given her name. She was 16 years old Tiffany Bradley from Massachusetts. Her partial remains were found in Chelsea, Massachusetts in 2000.
