It was one of Connecticut’s most brutal double murders. A toddler boy run over and killed with a car. His mother kidnapped, sexually assaulted and shot to death. All this done by their neighbor of high school age. He was sentenced to prison for the murders of 29 year old Elizabeth Hart and her 14 month old son Thomas. Sadly, the lone surviving member of that family has to continue to attend these hearings to make sure this monster never gets out.
