Massive Reward Offered for Capture & Arrest of Persons responsible for Stealing American Technology to give to Iran

The United States Department of State is offering a reward of up to $15 million for a woman and her three accomplices who have been accused of stealing US technology to give to Iran for almost two decades.

The person in question is Liu Baoxia, also known as Emily Liu, her three accomplices are also identified as Li Yongxin (aka Emma Lee); Yung Yiu Wa (aka Stephen Yung); and Zhong Yanlai (aka Sydney Chung).
