The United States Department of State is offering a reward of up to $15 million for a woman and her three accomplices who have been accused of stealing US technology to give to Iran for almost two decades.

The person in question is Liu Baoxia, also known as Emily Liu, her three accomplices are also identified as Li Yongxin (aka Emma Lee); Yung Yiu Wa (aka Stephen Yung); and Zhong Yanlai (aka Sydney Chung).

Andrea Michelle Reyes went missing from her fathers custody back in New Haven, CT (USA) back in October of 1999. She was believed at the time to have been taken by her mother. Law Enforcement recently confirmed that she is alive and living in Mexico. She was found alive and is now 27 years old and in contact with her father. Her mother has active warrant for her arrest in the United States.
