Arrest in 1989 Cold Case Assault, does he have other victims in the NY/CT area?

Police in Danbury, Connecticut arrested a suspect in the sexual assault and abduction of a female victim in 1989.

The Danbury State’s Attorney and the Connecticut State Police Forensic Laboratory, identified 53-year-old David V. Coffey as the suspect. He lived in the area during the late 1980s, and he has been charged with kidnapping in the first degree.

The individual arrested could be the suspect responsible for several abduction/assaults in the Lake Avenue/Merrimac Street area that are still unsolved. An update in Sad 1995 Missing Child Case….

Morgan Nick’s disappearance in June of 1995 in Arkansas has haunted her family and community for years. Now Law Enforcement is closer to finding out who her killer is with DNA evidence. It points to a now deceased Billy Jack Lincks as being the person responsible for her disappearance and likely murder. He had been questioned early in the investigation due to him trying to sexually solicit a young child. Morgan still remains missing but Police have more reason to search areas familiar to the child predator.
