Since 13 year old Lisa White disappeared after leaving a friends house on the street closest to this memorial is dedicated to her in Rockville (Vernon), Connecticut (USA). Her mother never stopped looking and never changed her phone number, hoping that Lisa was indeed a runaway. However, she knew Lisa may have been a victim of an unidentified serial killer.
