After 42 years Cold Case solved due Genetic DNA Testing, is the killer guilty of a second murder??

After 42 years, the September 28th, 1981 cold case murder of 23 year old Laura Kempton of Portsmouth, New Hampshire has been solved according to Law Enforcement in New Hampshire. Ronney James Lee has been named the suspect in the homicide but he will never be charged since he died at age 45 in 2005 from a drug overdose. Lee lived in Portsmouth at the time of the murder and had a criminal record. Police will not say definatively if Lee is also a suspect in the 1982 murder of Tammy Little whose murder and background was similar to Kempton’s homicide.
