First it was an arrest in the brutal slaying of Lisa Ziegert in the town of Agawam several months back. Now a break in the case of the 1986 slaying of Tracy Gilpin. Tracy’s brother is the current Superintendent of the Massachusetts State Police. It is a good day for her family. Let hopes there are some more cold cases solved.
